First time users - how do I sign into support platform? (for Google accounts)

For first time google users, please follow below steps:

1) Select Sign in

2) On the next screen, click on "Sign in with Google"

3) Select your google account OR input your google ID as prompted by the system.

4) After authentication, you will be route back Freshservice login page, choose “Sign in with Google” on the login page
